Before You Buy?

Sizing Information

Please refer to each products individual sizing chart before ordering we provide them in Metric and Imperial. We Don’t Accept returns for resizing or the wrong fit or if you change your mind.

Some of our designs are printed on different styles or textures or by different suppliers. Please check the product description for any special sizing, style notes or measurements in the sizing guide.

How long will delivery take ?

Depending on your selected shipping method at checkout your product may take up to 30 days from the date of shipping to arrive.

Standard = Average 7 Days after the product is picked and packed.

Economy = Average 14 business days after the product is picked and packed

No Rush = Average 20 business days after the product is picked and packed

We have a range of products being manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in Australia, the USA and Europe directly to your door.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Your items will then be packed and shipped within 2-7 days this allows us enough time to pack, print or embroider your products and then they will be on the way,
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less

How long will delivery take ?

Can i track my order ?

You can check the status of your order and any notes by visiting our order tracking form here We will update your order with any tracking information provided by the courier if available by your chosen shipping method.

Returns + Exchange Policy

We’re committed to providing the best customer service and satisfaction.
Any claims of damaged, misprinted or defective items are eligible for replacement or refund. Please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your product.
We will then work to fix this for you.

Unfortunately, We Don’t Accept Refund or Exchanges for The Following

Buyers Remorse or Incorrect Sizing – we highly recommend making use of our sizing guides before purchasing and reaching out to us with any issues or questions before purchasing or returning any products.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size or style if you choose to place this.

Colour or Image Variations – We are happy to refund any misprinted (clear variations or errors) or damaged products however in the printing process some of our products may show imperfections or pixelation, and possible colour variations in the finished product that is delivered. , However, we do not exchange or refund products for these slight variations in the printing process.

Shipping Costs – The cost of your shipping is not included in your refund or exchanges, and the company may request you return the product at your own expense before being eligible for a refund or exchange.

Wrong Address – If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address that is considered insufficient and the parcel is returned to our warehouse you will be liable for the cost to reship the product to your correct address.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or the product will be resold or destroyed after a period.

Sales Items – Items purchased in the context of a sale (online or offline) are considered a final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returned or Damaged -Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorisation from our support team will be returned to sender

Worn Items – Only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free or stains and odors, and that have their original tags affixed with be eligible for return or exchange.

Only Some of my Products have arrived ?

Depending on your purchases some of our products may have been shipped from different locations or in multiple packages … if you haven’t received all of your packages in the allocated delivery time please reach out to us to followup for you.

The Return Address is in the USA or Europe

Depending on the products you purchase they may be packed at one of our international facilities and customs may require a US or EU return address and currency to be used on the packing slip.

Please just reach out to one of our friendly support team day or night here in Australia and we can organise anything for you.

We use a leading SSL encryption and work with PayPal to manage your financial information safely and encrypted this means that nobody at GdayGifts can access your payment information or accidentally leave it lying around for others to find.

You choose what information is shared with us and we only store your Name, Email and Phone Number and Postal Address with us no other personal information is stored in your order.

We take security seriously and have never had an incident.
